Please note that guests are responsible to pay for utilities such as water and electric to the villas manager following the commencement of their stay. This helps us keep our rent price low and helps our guests to be ecologically aware . Water is charge at reasonable standard rate of only 22 THB per unit and electric at 6.5 THB per unit .The average cost of water and electric is normally as little as 170 THB to 220 THB per day if use sensibly.A property preparation, gardening & initial cleaning charge prior to our guests arrival, is applicable on all booking at one- off charge as stated in the pricing .This is to make your arrival perfect, comfortable and homely.
