The sky terrace rooftop has a expansive cloth sun shade that can be connected if required.For long term bookings (2 weeks or more) a complementary housekeeping service is provided once a week (not valid on promotional rates).Housekeeping can be requested all other times at the rate of 600THB per session.

Please note that guests are responsible to pay for utilities such as water and electric to the villa manager following the commencement of their stay.

This helps us keep our rent prices low and helps our guests to be ecologically aware. Water is charged at reasonable standard rates of only 22 THB per unit and electric at 6.5 THB per unit.The average cost of water and electric is normally as little as just 100 THB to 150 THB per day if used sensibly.

A property preparation, gardening & initial cleaning charge, prior to our guests arrival, is applicable on all bookings as a one-off charge as stated in the pricing. This is to make your arrival perfect, comfortable and homely.
