The spaceIdeally located in the hippest area of Ban Tai, guests are close to a mix of eclectic restaurants & beach bars and can take a walk along the beach to the famous Walking Street and local Night Market in Thong Sala.The bungalow is also located on the sunset side of the island, along the west coast, so you can enjoy the unbelievable scenery and beautiful sunset panoramic over the ocean each evening.Guests are advised that while we welcome all families traveling with children, the property may not be suitable for children under 6 years of age.

Guests have access to the shared swimming pool, direct access to the beach, BBQ facilities and incredible sunset views. The property also has a small garden area to enjoy.

Other things to noteThis property is one of four properties belonging to Charu Bay Villas. The properties are each unique and have their own private areas to enjoy, including private garden and bbq areas. All properties share the parking area, outdoor swimming pool and beach access.

Please note that guests are responsible to pay for electric and water to the property manager following the commencement of their stay. This helps us keep our rent prices low and helps our guests to be ecologically aware. Electric is charged at 8 THB per unit and water at 26 THB per unit. The average cost is normally as little as 100 THB to 150 THB per day if used sensibly.

Houskeeping is provided on long-term stays once a week.A personal clothing laundry service (optional) is available at 60 THB per kilo.

Koh Phangan is a popular destination for party goers around the moon parties. Please keep this in mind when making a reservation.Typically the island is quieter with less people during the times when there are no moon parties.
